As Star Trek approaches its 60th anniversary, Paramount+ and CBS Studios are preparing one of the franchise’s largest Comic-Con celebrations in recent years, combining anniversary festivities with an exclusive preview of the highly anticipated fourth season of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds.

According to an official announcement from Paramount Press Express, fans attending San Diego Comic-Con will have access to cast appearances, exclusive screenings, immersive experiences, collectible exhibits, and a special Hall H presentation celebrating one of television’s most influential science fiction franchises.

Hall H Becomes the Center of the Celebration

The centerpiece of Paramount’s Comic-Con programming will take place in the legendary Hall H on Saturday, July 25, where cast members and producers from across the Star Trek universe will gather to celebrate the franchise’s enduring legacy.

The panel is expected to feature exclusive footage from the upcoming season of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, behind-the-scenes stories, surprise announcements, and appearances from both current and legacy cast members, according to Paramount Press Express.

The special screening will be held at San Diego’s historic Balboa Theatre, with admission available through a free reservation system while capacity lasts. Unlike many Comic-Con events, attendees will not need a Comic-Con badge to attend.

The fourth season officially premieres on Paramount+ on July 23, with new episodes scheduled for weekly release through September.

Paramount+ will transform several locations throughout downtown San Diego into Star Trek-themed experiences.

Inside Comic-Con, fans can visit the Paramount+ Press Play Arcade, featuring interactive games inspired by the streaming service’s biggest franchises, including a Strange New Worlds bridge-command challenge.

Meanwhile, the Paramount+ Lodge will feature a recreation inspired by the USS Enterprise, including an original Enterprise model from the Roddenberry Estate and themed experiences celebrating the optimism and exploration that have defined the franchise for six decades.

Collectors will also have opportunities to preview exclusive merchandise and attend special presentations featuring partners including LEGO and Magic: The Gathering, according to the official Paramount event schedule.
