Jennifer Lopez’s ‘The JLO Show’ Concert Film Sets Thanksgiving Premiere on CBS and Paramount+
The concert film captures the final performance of Lopez’s sold-out 12-show Caesars Palace residency, with an extended edition streaming exclusively on Paramount+.
Jennifer Lopez is bringing her Las Vegas residency to television this Thanksgiving. The Jennifer Lopez JLO Show concert film, officially titled The JLO Show: Live in Las Vegas, will premiere November 26 on CBS and Paramount+, giving audiences a filmed version of the final performance from her recent run at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.
CBS and Paramount+ announced the special on September 17, confirming a two-hour television broadcast from 8 to 10 p.m. ET/PT on Thanksgiving night. An extended edition will also be available exclusively on Paramount+. The CBS and Paramount+ announcement describes the film as a career-spanning production combining Lopez’s music with personal storytelling and the influences that shaped her as a performer.
Jennifer Lopez JLO Show concert film captures the residency finale
The JLO Show began at The Colosseum during New Year’s Eve week in 2025 and ultimately played 12 sold-out performances before concluding March 28, 2026. The concert film was captured during that final performance, extending what had been a limited Las Vegas engagement to a national television and streaming audience.
The production is structured in four acts: “I’ll See You in My Dreams,” “Tales from Manhattan,” “Kiss Kiss, Kill Kill” and “Shall We Dance.” Rather than functioning solely as a conventional greatest-hits set, the show uses those sections to trace Lopez’s path from growing up in the Bronx through her career in music, film, television and live entertainment.
People independently confirmed the Thanksgiving premiere and reported that the filmed production features a full orchestra, vocal ensemble and 16 dancers.
The JLO Show revisits more than two decades of Lopez hits
The set reaches across Lopez’s recording career, including new live interpretations of “Waiting for Tonight,” “Jenny from the Block,” “Love Don’t Cost a Thing,” “Get Right,” “On the Floor” and “Let’s Get Loud.” The production also incorporates contemporary pop songs, Broadway standards and tributes to performers associated with the history of Las Vegas entertainment.
That theatrical approach is central to the special’s framing. CBS and Paramount+ say the production draws on Lopez’s childhood fascination with movie musicals, which she has connected to a family tradition of watching them together during Thanksgiving. Scheduling the film on the holiday therefore ties the television version back to one of the influences behind the stage show itself.
The concert film also marks another screen extension of Lopez’s live-performance career. Her first major Las Vegas residency, Jennifer Lopez: All I Have, ran at Planet Hollywood from 2016 through 2018. The JLO Show returned her to the Strip with a more explicitly narrative structure rather than recreating that earlier production.
CBS will air the concert while Paramount+ gets an extended version
The distribution strategy separates the network presentation from the streaming edition. CBS will carry the two-hour special on November 26, while Paramount+ will offer the program through its streaming service. The platform will additionally carry an extended version containing material beyond the network broadcast.
Vulture also reported the November 26 premiere and noted that the film captures the concluding performance of the Caesars Palace engagement.
For Paramount+ Premium subscribers in the United States, the CBS broadcast will be available live through the local CBS affiliate feed where supported. Essential subscribers will receive on-demand access rather than the live local-station feed, according to Paramount’s announcement.
A first-look teaser previews the Las Vegas production
CBS and Paramount+ released a first-look teaser alongside the announcement. The footage moves between Lopez reflecting on the movie musicals she watched growing up and scenes from the elaborate Las Vegas stage production, providing the first official preview of how the residency has been translated into a concert film.
The teaser also reinforces the show’s autobiographical structure. Instead of presenting each song as an isolated performance, the four-act format connects Lopez’s catalog to the broader story of her development as an entertainer.
The Thanksgiving release gives that concept an audience considerably larger than the one able to attend the 12 Las Vegas performances. With the network broadcast, standard streaming edition and longer Paramount+ version, the Jennifer Lopez JLO Show concert film will bring the residency’s final night to viewers on November 26.
